Your standing week
Every recipe here is pre-screened against your standing criteria: quick to prep, easy to cook, healthy, built on whole natural (or organic) ingredients — each with safe-serving notes for a nearly-2-year-old, and its source quoted.

Cart-filling tip: Coles & Woolworths don’t let outside apps fill a cart automatically — but the C / W buttons search each item instantly, Copy list pastes cleanly into notes, and Mitch can open a Claude session anytime and have Claude drive the browser to load the whole cart while you watch.
Default serves per meal
New meals start at this many serves (you can change it per meal as you add it). For your three, 4 is the sweet spot — dinner for two adults + your daughter, plus a leftover lunch.

Ask Claude
Built in and ready — the family key and Claude Opus 5 are hard-wired, so there is nothing to set up. Questions talk directly to Anthropic and cost a few cents each. The fields below are only for overriding with a different key or model one day; leaving them empty and pressing Save returns to the built-ins.
Backup & restore

About the recipes, sources & photos
Recipes are original Food Hub versions of well-loved family dishes; each one quotes its lineage and a reference link on its page, favouring the family’s two go-to sites: RecipeTin Eats for grown-up/family meals and My Toddler’s Kitchen for toddler meals and snacks. Serving amounts and safe-food guidance for your nearly-2-year-old follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines as presented by raisingchildren.net.au (toddler daily food guides and choking-prevention guidance): pea-sized pieces, quartered grapes and cherry tomatoes, no whole nuts before 4, cooked-soft hard veg, minimal added salt and sugar, water as the main drink. Most dinners make 4 serves so tomorrow’s lunch is free. Dish photography: representative images of each dish style, courtesy of TheMealDB (individual photo credited on every recipe page).
